OS X Hack #45: Speakable Web Services

I just heard from a long-lost friend who found my name at the end of one of the examples in the new Mac OS X Hacks book. Cool! I didn't know that! I'm Hack #45: Speakable Web Services, which was also a column.

Until six months ago I rarely touched Macs, and even more rarely dipped a toe into the waters of Mac development. OS X has changed the landscape in an extraordinary way. I have to admit, though, that I don't find myself talking to my Mac nowadays.
