Last night at the end of my kickboxing class, my instructor was sort of hustling us out the door. "Do you have Christmas shopping to do?" I asked. He said yes. "Nothing like leaving things til the last minute to add a little thrill to the process, huh?" I quipped.
One of my classmates, a big guy covered in tatooes who's a little intimidating to me, spoke up then. Very earnestly, he said, "It's actually easier to shop at the last minute. There isn't as much stuff left, so it's easier to make decisions!"
Yup, just like a guy--"there's only a blue one left, so she's gettin' BLUE!"
